7. Damaged Products

Our team performs quality checks before dispatching products. However, damages occurring during transit are beyond our direct control.

If you receive a damaged product:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Kindly share clear images/videos of the damaged product along with the order details via our customer support email/contact.
  • Upon verification, TAPASYA may offer a replacement of the same or similar product subject to stock availability.

Claims raised after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.

8. Missed Deliveries

Our courier partners generally attempt delivery multiple times.

  • Orders returned due to non-availability, refusal, or non-collection by the customer may incur additional re-shipping charges.
  • Cash-on-Delivery orders returned to us will be re-shipped only after prepaid payment confirmation along with applicable shipping charges.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Products that are used, damaged after delivery, altered, or missing original packaging may not qualify for returns or exchanges.
