Exchange policy

At TAPASYA, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days  from date of delivery
• Raise a exchange request through support@tapasyafashion.in with order number & exchange reason.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with price tags & folding intact.
• Exchanges are applicable only for size, design, or product of equal or higher value.
• No refunds, only exchanges/store credit valid for 90 days from date of exchange received
• Items purchased during sale or special promotions are not eligible for exchange.
• Incase of damaged or incorrect product, complete continuos unpacking video to be attached with the exchange email.
• Reverse shipping charges to be borne by the customer.
• Only one product exchange against one order
• Approval of exchange is at the sole discretion of our quality team. Once approved the product has to be shipped along with TAPASYA packing cover to
