Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to love what you wear. But if something doesn’t fit right—or feel right—here’s how we handle it.

  • * You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order with valid courier receipt details.
  • * Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (folding intact) with tags attached.

We do not accept returns or exchange on:

  • * Undergarments.
  • * Used items.
  • * Items marked as Offer Price.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • * All refunds are issued as store credit only, valid for future purchases.
  • * Store credit will be processed within 30 days of receiving the return.
  • * Acceptance of return & exchange is at sole discretion of Tapasya.
